1.1 Search Batch Wise Stock Report​

Search a Batch Wise Stock Report - Step-by-Step​

Step 1: Reach the Batch Wise Stock Report​

From the main side menu, click on Production & Quality β†’ Reports β†’ Batch Wise Stock Report. This will open the Batch Wise Stock Report Search page.

Step 2: Fill in Details

  • Part [Mandatory][Dropdown] multiple options will be displaye,From these options,select the required part.
  • Batch No [Mandatory][Dropdown] Dropdown list to select the batch (e.g., QQSBT-0001).
  • Search Button β†’ Fetches the report for the selected batch.
  • Clear Button β†’ Resets the selection.

Step 3: See the Results
Click Search to see the list of Batch Wise Stock Report that match your criteria.

The Search is the main function of this screen.

You can also use the Search box available on the right side of the report table.

Enter keywords such as Customer, Plant Name, or PO Date to quickly filter the results. The table will update dynamically based on your search input.

The data will appear after searching​

Batch Start Date- The date on which the batch process begins.

Batch End Date - The date on which the batch process is completed.

Batch Quantity- The total number of items included in the batch.

Step 5: Export or Print Report​

  • Excel β†’ Download report in Excel format.
  • Print β†’ Print the report directly.

Step 6: View Pending DC Orders​

The report displays the following fields:

Column NameDescription
S.NoSerial number of the entry.
PartPart number and description (e.g., Part-2677 – NA HOUSING A50).
Control PlanControl plan followed for the part.
ProcessProcess step executed (e.g., MILLING-1, MILLING-2).
QuantityNumber of items processed in this step.
Start DateDate on which the process started.
End DateDate on which the process was completed.
No of DaysDuration of the process in days.
Cumulative DaysTotal elapsed days for the batch.
Approved QuantityQuantity of items approved after quality inspection.
Rejected QuantityQuantity of items rejected during inspection.
Rework QuantityQuantity of items sent for rework after failing the initial quality inspection.

  • Only batch-wise stock details within the selected date range will be displayed.
  • If no results are found, ensure that stock data exists for the selected duration.
  • This report is useful for tracking available stock by batch, monitoring expiry dates, and managing batch-wise inventory movements.
